Overview —
在過去計畫與生活相關事務的時候，我發現自己很難將不同的想法與價值做有架構的知識管理，不管是在學時的時間規劃，還是跟家庭、朋友相關的生活規劃，都讓我在面對時有些手足無措。
於是從大學最後一年，我嘗試開始將知識做數位化的管理，並且將與生活各個方面有關的資訊，像是求職、閱讀、財務，甚至是興趣，都開始上傳到 notion 做系統化的整理。

In the past, when I was planning my life, I found that it was difficult for me to organize different ideas and values into a structured knowledge management system. Whether it was time planning for school, or life planning for my family and friends, I was at a loss.
So from the last year of university, I tried to start digitalizing my knowledge management, and uploaded information related to various aspects of my life, such as job hunting, reading, finance, and even hobbies, to notion for systematic organization.

One of the reasons I chose notion is the cross-package, automated RWD support, which allows me to easily edit and view data on the system whether I'm in or out of the country; another is the fast Automation & Preset, which is different from the general file management by providing good default options for the system management interface, and saves time and effort for life, work, and finances by linking the data to the Automation & Preset. Through data association and automation, time and energy can be reserved for life, work that requires creativity.

在真實將 notion 自我管理系統執行下去後，我覺得自己在許多生活上的細節有所提升，不管是在管理對不同領域的知識管理，還是對生活事務的細節把控都有了成效。在過去，常常會因為忘記取消訂閱制的軟體而被多扣錢，現在有了文件管理 + Reminder 的方式，就能即時知道自己的訂閱情況。
在知識管理上，也能針對印象深刻的地方做筆記並複習，並在任何想要的時刻查看，幫助我面對各種情況的需求。最後以自我目標的管理來說，可以查看自己在執行一段的時間的量化結果，並針對重點進行檢討並調整計畫，而這樣能夠深入到生活的各個方面，會是我認為很大的收穫。

After implementing the notion self-management system, I feel that I have improved in many details of my life, whether it is in the management of knowledge management in different fields, or in the control of the details of life affairs have been effective.
