根據政府資料，台灣中小企業家數超過163萬家，占全體企業達98%以上。而對於小規模的公司來說，如何有效且降低經營成本一直是揮之不去痛點。對於他們來說，花上重金使用龐大且複雜的ERP系統似乎不是最優解，資訊密集度高的介面，使用戶望而生畏。所以，我們團隊想要打造一款專為中小企業開發，並由 AI 賦能的管理系統，並以財務功能為主要重點。
According to government data, there are more than 1.63 million SMEs in Taiwan, accounting for more than 98% of all enterprises. For small companies, how to effectively reduce operating costs has always been a pain point. For them, spending a lot of money to use a huge and complex ERP system does not seem to be the best solution, and the information-intensive interface is overwhelming to users. Therefore, our team wanted to build an AI-enabled management system for SMEs, with a strong focus on financial functions.

About the Interviews —
在產品的開發階段，我們從兩個方面去了解公司對於財務的需求；一邊是中小企業主，另一邊則是會計事務所、記帳士等財會專業人員；這樣的方式帶領我們從兩個不同的立場了解記帳與財務對於公司、對於政府法規的關係。

At the product development stage, we looked at the financial needs of companies from two perspectives; on one side were the SME owners, and on the other side were the accounting firms, bookkeepers and other financial professionals; this approach led us to understand the relationship between bookkeeping and finance to the company, and to the governmental regulations, from two different standpoints.

首先，我們將 online demo 的初步反饋整理成有意義的問題，然後我們進行了約 10 多場深入訪談，對象包括中小企業主、中階主管和會計師，分別代表約20%的中小企業主、60%的中階主管和20%的會計師，以了解不同的立場所帶來的需求差異。

First, we collated the initial feedback from the online demo into definitive questions, and then we conducted around 10+ in-depth interviews with SME owners, mid-level executives and accountants, representing around 20% of SME owners, 60% of mid-level executives, and 20% of accountants respectively, to understand the differences in demand arising from different positions.
